I get them all the time, just stop the bleeding, it's that simple, blow out your nose once, wash your face with cold water, get inside your nose(Not fun, but what ever) and then hold your nose shut. It works, it's how I stop them after they go for a while. Don't know if it will work for you.

Holding your nose shut could fill up your sinuses.
Bleed it out and don't be a wuss.

| just use your hand and cover your nose so you can only breathe through your mouth for about 5 minutes. that should do it.
