A bit of exaggerating there buddy. DotA had around 40 heroes. DotA Allstars now has 101 heroes, and only used around 20 of the heroes that were used in DotA, not to mention the ones from DotA were changed a quite a bit before put into Allstars...
How is it ripping it off anyways? It's like going Age of Empires 2 is original, but then Age of Empires 2 the Conquers is a ripoff because it has most of the same units & civilizations... DotA to DotA Allstars was just going from RoC to TFT as far as I remember. Pretty much like an expansion.
