Parents have officially limited me to 2 hours on the internet/wkday, and 5 on weekends. They don't understand that it's not that I'm addicted to it, I just have fucking nothing else to do. They tell me to think of something else that I can do, like a hobby, but everything I think of they rule out. They then continue to call ME unreasonable, and when I ask them what I should do, they say 'I don't know, think of something'.

I'm in the same position. But right now my parents haven't the authority to kick me off because they're getting separated. They've recently learned to live with the fact that I'm not addicted, I just have nothing better to do. I do occasionally watch TV, but there's never anything on except for the colony, and that's only on once a week.

Yes, I said that to my parents and it didn't work. Even though I am working to get a job working with computers. It probably won't work with his parents, but he can always give it a shot.
