A shitty tree surrounded by snow with too many seams?
Not trying to be mean, just giving my first impression. I would fix the seams and change the tree. The white spots around the tree do not look like snow, but almost like someone went and got a tree graphic online but was too assed to properly edit it (just setting transparent to the main visible color and leaving all the white stuff).
Anyways, nice idea bad execution. Don't take this too seriously though. Like I said, not trying to be mean.

Well it looked a shitload different on the checkerboard bg in photoshop, try this on for size.

Try getting rid of that blur and copypasting good areas of the snowgrass.
