Why would you get leviathan on him when mejai serves almost the exact same purpose, just slightly less HP?

1 stack = 8AP = 16HP
which means 16 AP per kill & 32 HP per kill. As opposed to 64 HP per kill, which the gives you 2 AP.

Wow, highest I've been able to get with Vlad before the game ended was about 4k with around 150, 160 AP
