-my opinion--
A "bad" life style is less stressful than a "good" one.
The good man has to worry about keeping a job, being able to have enough to feed himself and his family, being able to have a home and pay it off, and blah blah blahh all of the boring old crap that people go through with life. His Id is too constrained behind the boundaries of whatever social construct you're basing good and bad with.
The bad man isn't as constrained. His Id is satisfied and with that being said, so are his needs. If he wants food, he'll take it. If he wants sex, he'll have it. If he wants money, he'll take it. This man does not need to abide by the law and waste endless hours and energy trying to achieve a relatively pointless goal. He's more likely to survive because he won't be afraid to be violent. His physical and mental needs are also more likely to be met, so that's a stressor that's gone from his world.
IMO, there is no good or bad natures, just how much you are actually willing to do to maximize your survival. The weaker man is afraid of violence because it might get him in trouble. For that reason, I think he'll have the lower chance of survival.

What I'm trying to say is that by being more aggressive/violent, you are more likely to satisfy your mental and physical needs. A bad man can put food on the table easier than a good man. He can also defend himself easier. His chances of survival should be higher(assuming he's good at what he does).
