I do not see it, the only thing I see is that you have the boxes that are arranged together and easy handling Exclamation
Select View and active review
If this is the error you just have to put on them and drag with a mouse button

don't resize the columns when the window is on a secondary display

besides that, it could be you used ce 6.0 which doesn't save the headersizes the way 5.6 does
