Desktop wont take power

Yeah my old PC wont take any power.
I'm thinking that it might be the power supply.
Does anyone else know what it might be?

Also I have another pc that will take power, but wont fully take any power in to boot up, what could that be?

Check the back. If it has an orange switch flip it. ALso check the regular on off switch in the back. If all else fails, your psu bit the big one.

Went through all the things already to drain the power, no luck.

The 1st pc doesnt have the light

The 2nd pc does have the light
