Most PSU will have a 110/240 switch and you may need a socket converter.

That isn't necessarily a good thing. According to my dad, when I was a kid (4 or 5 or something), I really liked my dad's computer (Megabytes of Ram lol) and i flipped the switch from 240V to 110V and destroyed the whole PC. Sure it allows people to use the same PC else where but it is a hazard to people unaware of what it does. I don't know why I'm telling you this. It's 2am and I haven't had a good night sleep in a while. Gotta love school holidays...

It all depends on your geographic location, in the US it's the smaller number while in the UK it's the higher number. These days newer psu with the switch have a safety feature that will not turn on if it's set to the wrong settings, so no worries if the system will fried up or not.

some of the newer PSU has auto voltage detection, don't even need to switch from 120 to 240
