I've got an unlocked 3G and want to jailbreak it. It has firmware version 3.1 (7C144) and this shit just won't jailbreak. I downloaded blackra1n and it goes through the recovery, reboot process and all that, but after it reboots it just goes back to how it was and everything's still there (old apps, music, etc) and isn't jailbroken. Any tips?

backup all apps and stuff and restore...

maybe it is jailbroken, but the app is hidden or something? maybe a small bug happened while jailbreaking?
