I dunno. I don't understand this level up progression thing that carries over from match to match. And how are the heroes? Anything like DotA?

Small similarities, but all in all they have good spells.
Also the only thing the level is used for as much as I can tell is for matchmaking and masteries(Nothing extremely major here)
