I quit drinking caffeine since yesterday. My head is sore. Also, I've got muscle ache from trying an athletics training. I also have a sore throat. I feel shit.

The only caffeine drinks I drink is Tea, (rarely)
I quit caffeine around 2 months ago, and the first week of quiting, I got real bad headaches, stomach aches and muscle aches.
