How's LoL? I've seen it lumped in the same category with HoN and DoTA, but haven't played either. I know a lot of good people playing HoN, but it costs now, and from what I've read, LoL is free.
Is LoL a good test-case for seeing if I'd like HoN?

Greatest game ever for me is Dark Age of Camelot. Same nostalgia feeling. It's in the dying stages atm, I just have a lot of shit to do that keeps me from playing it. Really this forum is pretty detrimental to my progress too but fuck it.
Anyway, DAoC being greatest PvP game ever, and I doubt I'll ever find anything that compares =/
For anyone willing to pay 15 a month and learn a new concept, I'd recommend it. God damn amazing game (It's been around for 8-9 years now)

NO, Absolutely not. LoL has so many incredibly different features from HoN and if you where to play LoL first and then you where to go and play HoN you would be upset from the lack of features HoN has compared to LoL. |
