my 000webhost was canceled .. since I started hackign databases with it I was breaking the ToS

any other one which will allow me up upload my own .php files ?

thats not what the site is for :/
that was just an auto installer thing.

I got another one that allows php fopen()

got it running but need to wait until server restarts in 30 minutes for it to take effect.

IF YOU WANT UNRESTRICTED PHP YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE TO PAY.
IF YOU PAY THEY WILL HAVE YOUR ADDRESS.
