I'd like to make an 'online MMO' (personal use only) like the one scotty made I think? It was named green dragon or some shit?

How could I go upon doing this, or does anyone have a base template or anything?

edit: a better name would be 'browser mmo'. I want users to be able to log in and see their stats, messages, etc.

Well, you would need an engine. I believe this one MMO released their source about a month ago.
