My PC is pretty noisy, I can't get to sleep when I'm leaving it on for the night.
My lil bro's budget crap PC is silent as fuck.
But his was prebuilt, mine is self-built.
U guys any idea what hardware it could be? |

| Depends on the sound it makes. It is probably just dust, but it could be wires hitting the fan/too close and vibrating |

I'm using a Asus-V52 CPU cooler now.
This is my PC case I'm using:
Could it be my HDD or something being noisy?
Because the noisy sound doesn't sound like a fan actually. |

describe the noise, does it sound like something griding? If yes, then it's the hard drive.
Also the power supply fan can create noise as well. _________________

Also the power supply fan can create noise as well. | If it is the HDD, screw it in tighter. Its just vibrating. If its a buzzing its probably a dirty fan. Or, if the age of it is right, you could just have fans with drying bearings. As it ages the bearings get worse. |

Fan1 seems to go pretty fast. Try lowering it. _________________
