my brofag was talking about that a couple of days. He says it works, but it's pretty much the same crap as a regular workout.
If you know nothing of routines, then get it so that you can get a general view of how to workout. If you already have a routine, then just keep on.
The P90x is just a set of videos repeating the same crap that most people who go to a gym already know.

Waste of money and HD space if you want to download it.
You can get the same advice that the vids give you if you just do a five minute search online.
