How do I cheat?

I have find address to 5 shells in the DOW2 but the address jumping
the origin of jumping address is

- e8 3b 05 00 00 - call gsysfile::getfilestat+d77c4
- e9 35 fd ff ff - jmp gsysfile::getfilestat+d6fc3
- ff 25 58 69 d8 00 - jmp dword ptr [gsemaphore::tryacquirecommit+1084f8]


so i need to know what/how can i change this so the address always the same

anyone???? thanks
