No, because if you asked to be excused, you're excused. They have no right in asking why, you just left because they thought you had a reason to. You can't get in trouble.

One time, just to see if they would let me (and because I was going to end up having to walk home anyway that day) I said, I had to leave 30 minutes early. Nobody so much as gave it a second thought.
