you just edited 1 cone and 2 spheres. thats not poly modeling.
you can do better. dont just create basic shapes and edit them but create polys, start with a box and start extruding and moving vertices or start with a plane and start extruding edges to create polys.

actually, every part aside from the arms is extruded. _________________
I'm agreeing with Gogodr on this one, this isn't necessarily polygon modeling. You've been posting your "models" here for a while and there hasn't actually been that much improvement. You should try using something other than Blender (3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, C4D) _________________
