Yeah I did.
I've been away from Photoshop for a while so I decided to try making something again, I'm pretty rusty though.

imo keep it but add a higher quality version of it.
That space could also hold a flash file containing simple tutorials to use CE etc.

Yeah I hate how it's low quality as well, but I don't think CS4 offers the ability to rotate an image to that angle while keeping the original quality intact.

I'm sure you can duplicate the layer and give the one below a slight guassian blur or something?
Wouldn't be great but it'd remove the nasty rough edge.
