I don't watch/know anime and the drawing style, but this actually looks pretty good. I'd suggest adding definitive lips and teeth and maybe a bit more on the nose.

face and hair are pretty good, neck is a little too long and upper body is not really at a good angle I guess.. but the main thing is really good.
nicely done.

Face is nicely done. Hair could use alot of improvement. IMO the hair looks like a rough sketch of what it actually could become.

I figured its a female face which you've drawn. I find those faults:
- Nose is too manly.
- Need to improve your hairstyle
- Small neck.
But since you've done it in 3 mins, I think you can do well if you were given an hour.

| It's not an hand drawn picture, it's nowhere near a picture, anime characters aren't real, so you can't take a real picture of it, of course you could take a picture of your monitor which shows an anime character but..

you are obviously misunderstanding what a picture is with what a photo.
