Custom server software.
Lets you use /action blocks.
Also has better user levels.
I hosted a server with it for a while.

It is win and griefing is hard.

oh, I think the rainbow server had that, except I only had access to the guest level

srsly, seph and I went underground & filled the top as we went, so we were practically in the middle of the earth with no sign of us being there, about 30mins of building, and someone pops into the floor and griefs the entire underground place we made :<<< I even had a large rainbow room

let me check real quick
no clue how to get to the other levels, you might have to be a high level or some shit, I only seen a couple people that had green names that could access the other levels and didn't see any OPs on
