I personally feel that Windows XP is the best.
However, I do not feel that the generic Windows XP that you buy in stores is sufficient enough.

There's nothing to do.
I ran the installer, picked the drive to install on, made a username and password, it did the rest.
I'll reformat and try again just for the heck of it.

Isn't performance XP the same as TinyXP?
Which is what I'm running now.
I don't want windows period, too many glitches and problems.
