Since my room and my router are a long ways away from each other, and the signal has to travel through several concrete walls, TV's, mirrors etc. The signal I'm getting isn't very fast. I'm willing to spend some money to boost the signal. Any advice on what to buy? Maybe a real long ethernet cable or a wireless repeater? or is it possible to have 2 routers in the same house with the same ISP?

I don't see why you couldn't have as many routers as you want, they're just wireless hubs.
It's the cable box that you can only have 1 of (or however many you pay for).

Yes, I suppose you could just buy an additional router?

Some routers can be used as "wireless repeaters". Think of them like telegraph relays.

I'm really not sure. I think it is specific to the router, something they would advertise it as.
