To those that have the game, how the hell do you kill Proudclad 2nd form in Chapter 12?

this nig kills me like all the time after he gets all hyped up.

What? He's a random boss which when you first kill him, he goes away instead of dying. He even says that he'll be back once he recharges. It's pretty obvious that you gotta fight him again. >_>
