I cannot use quite a few of the number keys and the symbols on the key. Is my keyboard broken? Or can it be fixed?

Is it old? Could it be dirty underneath the keys or something? If it is, try using an air duster.

On my old keyboard, i just turned it upside down and shook it, and a massive pile of random things just kept falling down.. Try that xD

Yeah, unless it's some fancy, expensive keyboard it's pretty safe. Just let it dry out before using it.
