| Wow, that's almost the same computer as mine. I'd say go ahead and get 4 gigs of 1600 ram, the performance will probably be a little better for gaming.

Less. But I agree with not wasting money. 8 gigabytes of memory is probably more than you'll ever be using (depending, I don't know your computing habits), and the same goes for the 700w power supply. Just a few places you might as well shave off some of the build's price.
Already have a hard drive, chassis, etc?

Go 955BE, i see no reason for 965 for the extra multi when you can OC the same on the 955.
Avoid the shit version of 5850 by XFX, by i mean the shit version, the non-reference design version that they do, the famous 4890
the vapor-x 5850 or the Asus one with voltage gimmick is nice.
