I give up, your seeking attention.
You cannot answer the question without providing further details.
In your 'riddle' you state that Durrden and Tyler jump off of a building at the exact same time, now speaking with what we know logically; Tyler is the fatter man, making him more succumb to gravity which if its a larger building will make him plummet faster. Now if the building is not a large building, and is maybe 3-5 stories tall, the one who is panicking more will be the one to plummet faster and evidently die.

Now if you're just talking stupid and are thinking like this;

Durrden will be the one to survive because he will grab onto Tyler and fall on top of him allowing him to survive, then Tyler is the one to die in 2/3 situations. Making Tyler the one to die.
