First:

Get opera

Second:

Go to the site on opera with the CPALead ad.

Third:

Press: CTR+U

Then:

Delete the CPALead script

After:

Apply changes

Lastly:

Enjoy unrestricted access.

your doing it wrong then...

Just go to view > Source

Find the cpalead script in the source code, and delete the entire script.

Apply changes.
