That's an onboard graphics accelerator.
You won't be able to play it I think.
If you are even able to turn the game on, don't expect anything above lowest everything.

Your system is fine apart from your GPU. L4D2 isn't a high spec game by any means.

I think the 5450 would do better because of even more lower power draw, since all HP uses Bestec 250W model, which explodes@60%
Hey, as long it doesn't take external power then its fine.

Yeah but this one is $40. Plus I doubt that he'll have any problem with it. 4650 still doesn't use much power at all.
