I'm using Gateway's E-295C artist-oriented tablet PC, and it keeps on beeping and I've searched on it but can't find why it's doing this.
Suggestions?

When does it beep? Is it like all the time or just when do you a certain thing?

Yes.
Beeps randomly. Sometimes it will stop (like now), other times it'll keep doing it all the time.

I've had that once, after spilling iced tea onto the keyboard. check your pause, scrlk and alt keys, and keys that don't normally affect typing.
