How do I cheat?

So, I download these mods, they don't work, probably due to the fact that I'm not running the game through OBSE.

I can't run it through OBSE due to it not being the latest version, and I can't patch the game because all I have is the cracked .exe, and not the original one.

If anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

I think you should just find the latest cracked exe. rename the one you have now just to be safe, and try it that way.
