Didn't help me on a PC with 2GB Ram and Vista.
Nor did it help in Windows 7 64 Bit 6GB Ram

If you have windows 7 on less than 1gb ram, yes it does. If you have 2gb or more, you wont even notice a change.

I find 2GB starving. It can run the OS fine.
But when doing anything with video, It takes a million years.
How much do you think staving is? 1GB? 512Mb?
