Putting a readername explanation sticky in every section?

Well, I still see ALOT of people complaining that their name is in other people's signatures, and I'm wondering if a moderator could put a sticky about readername in every section? It's getting annoying. The reason that I'm saying this is because not everyone reads the General Discussion, some people only use the Flash games section for example and don't know about readername.
