Your hair is very similar to mine. The back of mine got a bit long, so i got it trimmed slightly and now its a good shape

Apparently, I look older with longer hair so I'm unsure what to do.

grow it out, trim the back, or have some one else do it for you (like a friend or mom)

And push it to the left or right (which ever it grows) and have side bangs :3
