Ok, I have to user accounts:

Admin1
Admin2

I launch a game that requires java on admin1, and it works fine.

I launch a game that requires java on admin2, it wont work.

How do I enable the java service, because I have NOTHING set on startup on admin2, for quick booting times.

Drag java.exe to the startup folder in Start>All Programs.

Doesn't work. A CMD appears and quickly goes away, solving nothing.

Windows Key + R
Write in msconfig
Go to startup
Find Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U2
Check it off, restart comp.

I'd say, install java again in your admin2, or go to the directory where you've installed it, open java.exe, that prompt will come up, then open your game and it should work.
