So today i bought a Samsung Jack off a friend from work. It's no contract so am i able to do a prepaid plan on it? or do i have to go with a contract?

PS - It's Rogers. He also got it from a pond shop.

I stole my moms SIM Card from her phone ( which was a PayAsYouGo Phone)

If you stole your moms Sim which is pay as you go, all you do is go to your moms cell phone provider and ask to top up the phone, and give them money, then they'll give you receipt with a pincode on it, call the number it tells you to, input the code, then you have minutes.
