Specs:

Intel (R) Pentium (R) 4 CPU 3.20 GHz

2g of ram (Can get more)

Getting a Radeon HD 3850 512MB Card on wednesday (AGP)

I took the liberty of doing it for you.

First result.

I doubt it. Maybe. With most things on Low and on a pretty low resolution. I don't have a definite answer.
