How do I cheat?

I'm new, and please let this get buried under the spam section. Please don't think that this is reverse psychology, and decide to make everybody's signature point to this making fun of me. 
I'm a noob with very limited hacking abilities, but when I see somebody go, "HOW DO YOU SPEEDHACK, OMG IMMA +REP U" I slap my head and wonder why they aren't banned from CEF already. But then again, that's probably going to be me in the following months I'm going to be here...Anyways, I'm probably never going to come back to this post, just for whoever cares about a noob (me).

Welcome, but just so you know when you post in this section you have to deal with alot of..."different" types of people.
And if you want to learn about actual hacking and where to start, rather than a tutorial that just tells you what to do or some download, send me a PM, im just botting right now anyways.
