just for you to know.. that red is the default color for Zbrush documents :/

I'm just concentrating on the sculpting right now. color is at the end.

make them more pointy or smaller?

That's because it doesn't have the typical lizard-like appearance. The chin is too round, and skull is too oval. Nostrils are also gigantic.
Looks more like a deformed gorilla
but it's still pretty good.
