I'm downloading Diablo 2 for my computer, using the Blizzard Downloader. It's slow as all heck, but it eventually gets the job done. One question: What does this option in the Downloader Preferences mean?

More Info links to an FAQ at the Blizzard website, which doesn't help...What does it do?

In other words, it'll increase its download speed but significantly reduce how much I can download other stuff?
