When your not an administrator on a network or home computer u can use winrar to access and copy blocked folders... do as followed

1.open winrar
2. click the back button as far as you can click local disk or os and use winrar to navigate to the desired folder
3. select the whole folder and click add, click browse and save to somewhere you can access, change compression mode to "store", and ok
4. find the .rar or .zip file you just made using winrar and click extract to
5. wait for it to extract and you just copied adn made the copied folder visable/usable
