Alright, Was at school today. Correct answer to this with convincing proof gets the +rep.
Swine flu is spreading through Connecticut. Plainfield recently just became victim. In my school, Over 178 kids were sent home, all wearing surgical masks, with the flu or as we all know what it really is, swine flu.
Swine flu or not, With that many people sent, Its a health risk and the district is supposed send any healthy staff and student body home due to the outbreak.
Legal or Illegal to keep us there for the whole day?
If its illegal, your answer will be included in my case for lawsuit. Why lawsuit? Because we are at risk for swine flu/ type A flu and the district refused to send us home.

You would have to look through your state code to find out...
But it doesn't have to be illegal. You can sue anyone, for anything... and if you did happen to get swine flu because the school did that, I'd say you have a lawsuit.

But see, if its illegal, I get the school shut down and go to Killingly, Which would enroll me straight into Killingly Highschool WITHOUT Having to apply.
As well ive been coughing alot lately but i dont know if its mind over matter or vice versa.

| I'm sure that when you signed up to go to the school you are currently at you signed an agreement in which enables the school to decide whether or not they may retain you if they feel it is best. It would be best to review the school contract that you/your parents signed at registration.
