If I set up a forum that was more general based than CEF, and had some neat features, would you guys join? (And by that I mean be active)

I haven't made the forum yet, because I want to know if I'd have active members.
It's a hypothetical question.
If I can get at least 100 users to post at least once a week, I think it'd be worth my time.
And yours of course, there will be plenty of competitive features like leveling up and reputation.
