fuck year. wotlk wasn't a great expansion, I feel like its just a lore/hold over for up and coming things, and it was used to test things like phasing.

reg wow 20$, bc 30$, wotlk 40$
imo they should just let the newer and older expansions only $10 so its easy to start off and upgrade, since theyre already made out of money
seriously, 11million plays, $15 x 11million every month not to count all the faction and name changes + expansions you can get

Well, you could also look at it as they are working on 3 games right now. Aswell as paying authors to write books for them, and making merchandise, but still :X

There's nothing to worry.
I bet that's the last patch that is going to be released for WoW.
After Cataclysm, they are going to release Diablo 3 and like 2 or 3 more expansions for that game.
And eventually they'll release World of Starcraft.

Not really. I'd think they would make it level 100 cap for WoW before they quit, or make an improved WoW. Starcraft is already going to have 2 expansions (for Zerg/Protoss campaigns) both Diablo 1 and Diablo 2 only had 1 expansion ever, so I don't plan on seeing 2+ expansions for Diablo.

I know that... But you can't really assume something is ever going to make a lot of money, it depends on the outcome and whether or not people like it.
