What city is about the same distance from the Prime Meridian as San Francisco, but in the opposite direction?

Change 37°77'N, 122°41'W to 37°77'N, 122°41'E I would guess... are either of those cities along those lines?

So doesn't that mean any city can be any distance away from the prime meridian?
IE, from the center it could be so far, but from 2/3s up the line it could be even more or even less.
So that means there is no one city. | Lolz, I just copied off my paper. :\
