[Sephiron]

A Sephiron, often mistaken for white shadow people [1][2][3], is a paranormal creature with a great killing lust. According to some paranormal believers, a Sephiron almost always hunt in groups of 3 or 4, and that they are distinguishable by their cat-like eyes and a very smooth stride which can almost give the appearance of floating. Their existence is due to an exposure to a plant, which releases spores as a natural defense. It causes any nearby herbivores to obtain a light skin rash, followed by swelling of the cerebrum, which in turn is shortly followed by death. [4]

While an exposed herbivore might seem to meet a cruel death, an exposed human's fate is much more severe. The swelling ceases at a certain point, causing the infected to slowly lose sanity. Two days after the exposure, the exposed will obtain an urge to kill, while the urge at this point is maintained controllable. Totally subconscious, they will start scouting local neighborhoods, planning their murders. Within three to five days, the exposed persons eyes will begin to take cat-like shapes, as well as the change in stride will begin to notice. The disease might become contagious after about eight days, and any contact with the rash will spread the condition. After eleven to fifteen days, the exposed will seclude themselves due to their new awareness that they cannot control their urges to kill. [4]

While in this period of seclusion, they will begin to admit a strange pheromone which dogs and other infected persons will be able to smell and also will be drawn to, but not regular humans. When they have gathered others with the condition, frequent homicides will occur. The condition is no longer contagious at this point, and the rash will be gone. The infected people will continue to kill until they are disposed of. [4]
