I myself have about another half an hour to go before finishing the movie.
It's about an elite group of extremely rich bankers called the Builder Burg group who meet annually and very secretly; people in it are those such as Obama, (our beloved) Hillary Clinton, and numerous multi-billionaire bank-owners.
This is all conspiracy theories, which makes it interesting, and gives you a different outlook on the world. Not necessarily bad, but certainly not better. If you want to skip all of the boring nonsense, start 10-15 minutes into it. If you have the time to watch the whole thing then I suggest doing so to kill the two hours you'd probably spend thinking about what to do.
The theory itself is people thinking that this group is the reason the stock market crashed, and according to the conspirators they will allow it to flourish for a while, and let people invest their money, and then crash it again. How they did it and exactly why I'm not sure because... I watched it before going to bed which wasn't too good of an idea, lol.
I once said that if the US was ever to become a police state it would have nothing to do with laws. Obama changed my mind.
I'll watch the film after I take a shower.
