I followed a tut to speed up my computer in random spam, it told me to delete hal.dll, i restarted,
but now the computer i used it on just says
"Disk Error, Operation terminated, Press any key to restart"
help?

If you are that stupid to do that, google can help you.

Reformat or use a live CD and copy over hal.dll

I dont have a format disk or my old win xp disk,
and no other OS's are installed on my computer, what can i do?

I already told your 3 options to fix it:

1) Google
2) Reformat
3) Use a live CD to copy over hal.dll

I have help so you quit fucking posting and fix it.
